Wing stringer angle reference #400

Problem:
- It is not possible to generate stringer parallel to a spar.

Proposed additional opportunity:
- Add a angle reference element to the current stringer definition
- Possible values:
- leadingEdge
- sparUID
- trailingEdge
- globalY
