Further nodes are necessary in the fuselage mass breakdown. 
-mStringers --> mStringer
-mFrames --> mFrame

Extend documentation on the link of tanks and mBreakdown. 

Further nodes are necessary in the payload category

Implemented stringers and frames masses in CPACS 2.2.1

Need to check whether additional payload entries will be necessary in the future
