UI AUDIO Measurement enhancement.

need to record for certain amount of time without user speaking in there environment, i.e. coffee house, park, class, home, etc
find common room volume, show the ui changes based on this average not base measurement

UI AUDIO Measurement will no longer display initial audio levels before calibrating the ambient background noise. This ensures a more accurate and user-friendly experience without altering the existing UI components or abstracted code structures.

Needs to not report the audio levels through ui till ready

handle location-based adjustments, you can integrate location services to trigger background noise recalibration when the user changes locations
