Features:

zoom on the plot to select a subset and perform the damping/frequency estimation on the subset
plot options to chose whether to plot the envelop / peaks
option to display the envelop with respect to the start / end / or middle amplitude of the peaks
refactoring of damping.py to support negative damping.

The feature is now called "Frequency and Damping Estimation". More advanced methods could be implemented in the future.
