Please add support for L.Control.Zoomslider (http://kartena.github.io/Leaflet.zoomslider/). I've made the required changes.

Thanks for this. I'd like to merge it if you don't mind making a few tweaks first:

Make sure that your changes in 4b719ddecc are indented correctly (you can see in the diffs that they're misaligned).
Remove the check for typeof L.Control.Zoom === 'function' since that will always be true if Leaflet is being used.

5cb65cf should include the tweaks you wanted.
