New DBUS interface command play/stop (New Feature Request) #180

It would be nice to have a new command that toggles between PLAY and STOP. The reason being is that I use the DBUS interface to control radiotray via keyboard shortcuts, and currently I need 2 shortutcs for those commands.

@cobblestone it already works that way. Issue "play" again to resume.
