v2.3 release #31

I am working on the next release of the packet CLI and would like to gather some input on what API need be supported here. Add to the list if you have any suggestion. PRs are also welcome.

API support

[x] Add support for the "organization" API #20
[x] ~~Add support for the "traffic" API #1~~ ( SDK not supported )

Others

[x] Support pagination for packet baremetal list-devices ~~and packet storage list-volumes~~
[ ] Release binaries for multiple platforms
[ ] Install with homebrew on macOS

Cleanup

[x] ~~Cleanup unneeded commands under packet storage~~ ( Unless new issue is filed )
[x] ~~Eliminate dependence on the extpackngo library~~ ( all extpackngo interfaces don't have full support in the SDK )

As a nice-to-have it would be great to be able to install this command using Homebrew on macOS. It would also be good and useful for the project to produce binary releases for a variety of platforms.
