Hint Helpers Benchmark

[dapp-whisperer]

Hint helpers is not fuzz tested in the foundry suite. We want to:

• Confirm that hint helpers match the naive walk of the list. (In fact after removing CdpIds array they are identical anyways!)
• Use this test implicitly as a gas benchmark for correct hint Cdp insertions
• Do the same for redemption hint helpers.

_openTestCDPWithHints now allows test env to use passed in hints rather than always 0x0

• write adjust test with randomized adjustment values (clamp to valid) [✔]
• write partialRedemption test [✔]
• write partialLiquidation test [✔]
