Wiki for OSCIED #47

Write a Wiki for OSCIED with all information that is relevant for new participants such as:

[x] how to install
[x] how to deploy
[x] how to test
[x] architecture
[x] Index of the main source files
[ ] Docstrings
[ ] REST API calls (some typical use cases)
[ ] how to use (WEBUI e.o.)
[ ] security, right management,etc.
Create charts
[ ] Data flow chart
[ ] Task queues flow chart
[ ] Layers of OSCIED / OpenStack
[ ] Connection flow (API)
