License for code #5

Decide on the license used,

Bram will ask laywers from EBU on status of LGPL and European Union Public Licence (EUPL)

EUPL link: http://joinup.ec.europa.eu/software/page/eupl

Short article about EUPL license: http://www.eolevent.eu/sites/default/files/EUPL%20Interoperability.pdf

Then there is Creative Commons LGPL with commercial attribute. This is saying non-profit companies can use the software for free but for commercial companies there is a fee applicable.

We should consider the type of licensing every component is and at the same time how they are integrated (library, external application, code snippet).

I let you choose the best license.
