Worddiff output as HTML: default CSS for actually showing the differences? #162

Currently the HTML produced uses spans with classes for "insert" etc. but no CSS to actually style the spans and also no HTML to format the heading vs compared text.

It would be helpful to (optionally?) include this in the output, making it easier for people to adapt the styling.
