The EAR Production Suite is a set of VST® plugins and tools for producing immersive and personalizable audio content suitable for any Next Generation Audio codec. EPS doesn't work if the C++ runtime is not installed under Windows, and the cause of it not working is not obvious to the user. The Setup Application could check for this during installation - possibly do the install too?
