Revert "fix: fix typo in description for PublicationPan to PublicationPlan" #330

Reverts ebu/ebucoreplus#329

I merged the change to the branch "main". But it should first be merged to the branch "dev". It will then be merged into main, once we have finished our desired changes towards the "Summer '24 Release"
