SI and PI originator strings incorrect #146

The current SI and PI originator strings are hardcoded to "EBU.io RadioDNS Services v3"

This should follow an indentifier that more accurately reflects the right version

This needs to be 'RadioDNS Manager 4.1.0 (http://ebu.io/rdns)'

And set somewhere central.
