Folder notes with indexes would be greatly appreciated as a general rule. As it stands, not all folders have them (e.g. rules, tables, bestiary).
In particular, this would be extremely useful for full sources (books and adventures) as this would offer a neat table of contents. Additionally, including the full and abbreviated source names as aliases would make this table of contents easily linkable.
