Finish implementing Pf2e copier functionality by moving up 5e copier functionality #487

This is the bulk of the rest of the functionality moving over. In particular the doMod stuff was a little hairy. I've tried to keep the commits which actually change existing functionality rather than moving it as separate commits so it's easier to follow.
