I've restructured this quite a lot, and added screenshots for people to follow along with. In particular, I've replaced some of the third-party articles with a different article that seems more suitable for the expected level of knowledge here, and explains the basics of how the command line works. I've tried to streamline away the directions for how exactly the command line works (eg cd and dir) and left that to the external article / hope that it won't be required with the directions I've provided. I've also consolidated some of the documentation and links from the main README into the Windows README.
