Is it possible to integrate the speedometer from OSP / Quake Live? ie. ch_drawSpeed 1

Technically you could in very hacky way but it's a mod feature not engine feature. Better suited for https://www.github.com/ec-/baseq3a or whatever mod you play to integrate it
