Set cg_crosshairColor to Quake 3 defaults common across most mods.
cg_crosshairColor 2 = green for example (black, red, green, yellow, blue, cyan, magenta, white) from 0-7.
Fixed the UI so the colors from the slider match the background image and retains changes made through console in game options.
