Restore QA service #101

https://qa.linkedopendata.eu/ is currently down integrate to the cluster and restore service, then add back the reference on https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/The_EU_Knowledge_Graph

Just for info, @D063520 is this still planned for this year or early 2023?

Hi Max,

the problem is the following. We would like to have this endpoint up to date. But in the old workflow we needed to reindex everything from scratch. Which needs resources and time.

All this is tightly related to the endpoint. It now supports updates and this was a big step. The next step is to adapt all other operations that we need for QA to make this happen. I really hope to make it for February 2023.

If you have a use case then we can set up a static one again ...
