When logged with my EU account, I can edit items and pages but I cannot create. That holds even for Discussion pages (eg https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/Talk:The_EU_Knowledge_Graph): "you do not have permission to create this page".

What is the logic of this restriction?
It contradicts instructions on the home page "To add your Linked Data solution to the graph..."

Seems I can add an item through the direct link https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/Special:NewItem?site=my_wiki&page=The+EU+Knowledge+Graph (but it's not in the sidebar). But what are these features, which are not in Wikidata?
