Backend should prefer using the new curated label/summary properties

In order to align with both the list of operations data and the professional space users the professional space writes the editor given summaries to two new properties: https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/Property:P581563 https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/Property:P581562 The backend should either return these along with the original labels/summaries or prefer to return these over them.

In general I would prefer to have a qualifier, but for labels it is not possible. So lets stuck with the new property. For the summary we could. @svili do you think that when you change the data you can take care of the qualifiers?

The change has been made for the api

• project search
• project detail
• beneficiary detail (for the list of project)
• map point (when we click on a point of the map we have the label of the projects) If I forgot something please tell me but i think that's all the place we access to the label of projects…

@DiaZork For changing the label in the index I suggest to create a new APIs with:

• project ID and label
• project ID and summary these can then be called from the python backend ....
