Wrong entity linked to Spanish beneficiary

Spanish Beneficiary ES205002 is the "Consejería de Educación" of Asturias. https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/Item:Q3213251

I think this was wrongly reconciled with the "Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Castilla y León" though Wikidata.

@D063520 Not all of them, only those where the entry is "CONSEJERIA DE EDUCACION", not "Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Castilla y León". The beneficiary name for those with only "CONSEJERIA DE EDUCACION" (Q3213251) can therefore be changed to "Consejería de Educación (Asturias)" to make the distinction clearer, as every region has one of them technically.
