Is there a basic HTML template that demonstrates the library?

Hello @jucajuca, ECL is a library of Ui components, everything we have is showcased in the website and particularly in the playground. If you refer to an example of a basic usage of ECL you can find it here: https://ec.europa.eu/component-library/ec/getting-started/ If you'd like to see an example of a full page build using ECL there are plenty of examples in the websites of the European Commission, we do not really build pages on our side, but we have a couple of examples that we mostly use on our side and are not exposed in the menu of the application:
