Poland subnational data #31

As of 27 November evening, all subnational data for Poland has disappeared - even historical records. All Polish cases now appear under a 'NOT SPECIFIED' region.

Poland subnational data until 3 days ago have been restored. Till then Poland stoped to provide subnational data and so we only have National data
