Add NUTS codes column #4

Thank you for sharing the data. May you please add a NUTS code column. Using NUTS codes will facilitate easier merging of this data with other datasets.

At last, we managed to update the report generation. NUTS code have been added in countries and regions report in the last column (for backward compatibility).
