Language selector popup not working on backend #286

Currently the language selector on the backend is not working correctly. When you click the languages menu the different available languages should pop up, but currently it doesn't do anything.

Fixed the language selector for the backend administration. We also added the 23 languages that the re3gistry2 app currently supports in #212
