Fix paths for static files #361

Builds on https://github.com/ec-jrc/re3gistry/pull/360 to fix paths to icons.svg as well.

Although, I'm not sure if it's meant to show the commission logo or some logo for Re3gistry? There doesn't seems to be any logo for Re3gistry available on the frontend app packaging?

So these 2 are missing from the package: https://inspire-sandbox.jrc.ec.europa.eu/registry/ecl-v2/static/logo/logo-1.png https://inspire-sandbox.jrc.ec.europa.eu/registry/ecl-v2/static/logo/logo-2.png

Maybe add them and/or add a notion for these on the installation manual for anyone who wants to override them?
