Bulk edit- Attempting to edit an item that is in status draft #401

When attempting to edit an item that you've previously edited, which is in draft status and not yet published, if you try to edit it again without having published it, the interface displays an empty red message.

emptyMessage

Add an error message indicating that the item has a proposed modification, prompting users to either publish or discard it before attempting to make any bulk edit on the same item.

Added an error message for attempting to edit an item in status draft. This enhancement will be available in version 2.6.0.
