Indicate legend/palette value on click for categorical grid coverages #12

When a user touches/clicks on a position on the map then the corresponding legend/palette value shall be highlighted/displayed for each categorical grid coverage at this position.

Highlighting could simply mean to change the font weight of the category within the legend to bold. Alternatively, an arrow could point to the category from the left side of the legend.

This is implemented now. The popup that appears on a click can be dragged around and updates its content accordingly.
