Move Open Data list from EMDESK wiki to GitHub #5

As mentioned by Jon in #3 "The current list of open data planned from the MELODIES project is on the EMDESK Wiki (perhaps we should move it to GitHub?)".

I already copied the list to the wiki on here: https://github.com/ec-melodies/melodies-all/wiki/WP-Open-Data-Products However as not everyone is on GitHub yet, the one on EMDESK has to stay for a little bit more. Also any updates to EMDESK (I don't expect any) have to put copied over here. Once the move is complete, this issue can be closed.
