Adds support for Rainway #19

Hey there,

Previously I submitted this pull, and some changes were requested -- I am now just finding the time to do them. The installer can be handled silently and without a strict check for admin privileges.

With Rainway, a VPN is no longer required to get a cloud gaming experience. You can start installing games and Rainway will find them after logging in.

Just saw this. I'll try it out this week (hopefully today) and merge if it works. Thanks for your PR!

Hey, @ecalder6 sorry about that. When I tested, they didn't show up, but now it dawns on me it is because they are already installed.

Not sure why our installer is ignoring the silent command, however, I'll install the requirements via chocolatey.

Automated deployment did not install Rainway. I think it's because of the below pop-up that I encountered when manually running the script.

Closing this as we have a new installer releasing at the end of the month which should make this easier. Will reopen then.
