The 'd' of differential equation is appearing distorted

I am using "qformat_wordtable" plugin to create quiz Question. While writing differential equations d of differential equation is appearing distorted in

1. When Question is in Edit mode.
2. When you are viewing the Question while attemping Quiz.
3. When you are reviewing the Quiz.

Please look into this problem.

I have set the "Additional equation delimiters" field to "<math" on the "Local MathJax installation" settings page in my Moodle instance (Site administration > Plugins > Filters > MathJax)

For reasons that aren't clear to me, the Word file uses 2 different symbols to represent the differential 'd', which you can see if you save the Word file as HTML. I have included a fragment below in abbreviated form. The 'd' in "Tds" uses the entity ⅆ, while the 'd' in T-Beta=dv is a standard 'd'. I don't know why Word does this, unless you inserted 2 different characters, but the first 'd' is converted to the ⅆ or ⅆ entity, which has a different appearance.

Sir, I have inserted one letter 'd' in the Tds but d appearing in Question preview are tow different 'd's which are 'd' and 'ⅆ'. Please check the images below. in Moodle Website:

Sir, When we see the Question in Edit mode in Moodle the two 'd's are appearing different.

But the letter d is same in word document.
