Added support for mobile app #2

Hi Zvonko, many thanks for donating this code. I made a couple of further changes, adding db/mobile.php (according to instructions at https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Mobile_support_for_plugins#Step_1._Update_the_db.2Fmobile.php_file) and I got it to work. I have now released v1.6.3 on the Moodle plugins directory.

Hi Eoin, yes somehow db/mobile.php did not get committed in my repo, but great that you have noticed it and added it yourself. I'm glad to contribute to any great Moodle plugin that we also use :)
