ecb-eshell-buffer-sync freezes with tramp #14

Hi Ryan,

I have tried your branch as you suggested on Alex's ecb repo. I still get the same issue. I really will like to see tramp work with ecb eshell integration. I'm going to try and copy the description from Alex's repo to here so that investigation can proceed from here.

When I open a file via tramp's /sudo:: ecb synchronnizes that tramp buffer with eshell should I need to run some other command like ls in that directory. On navigating to another buffer and back while eshell's buffer is active causes emacs to freeze unless I regain control with C-g repeatedly. It repeats again when I navigate away and back again.

This does not happen when eshell's buffer is not visible or active.
