Display riverbuttons in favorites #126

Display one riverbutton element below each favorites item (much like the writeupcreator)

I'm going to kill this one - it's very complicated, with little added benefit. There's a setting, so there's a 1 click option and a 3 click option. We don't need to add a 2 click option that complicates the favorites menu as well.
