Re-run last search/sort when flow data loads #89

A good way to implement this may be to make everything use advanced search, which would allow the old query to be stored, instead of the old list.

The query could simply be run again then.

The user now (745d0e93afa3f7742ea285fc27cfc41b00202921) receives an alert asking them if they would like to re-run the search. This should be improved to automatically re-run the search if no rivers are expanded.
