Seperate UI for Location Searching #94

Location searching should have its own warning message that says "Showing all rivers within x miles of xx.xxxx xx.xxxx"

Location search should also be easy to add. We should add a location search UI above the river legend to allow people to easily cut out rivers by state, etc.
