Upgrade to current hibernate version #66

The currently used version of hibernate is very old (3.2.7ga)
We should upgrade to a more current version.

Upgraded to Hibernate 4.0.0
Necessary changes: Changed doctype of hbm DTDs, changes in locking system, 
fixed faulty transactions in Page class.
