The data processing script seems invalid (directing to a 404 page). For this reason, following the paper, I extracted the objects from the images with 10-pixel padding on the bounding boxes. I am not sure if I am doing it correctly - I am not able to process the validation images under different "weathers", since there seem to be no corresponding images to the image names in the *.csv file.
