raspberry pi zero missing wpa_supplicant dir in /var/run #103

Hello,

Thank you for this great package. I noticed on an fresh install of rpi lite 2023-05 for rpi zero W that wifi dissapeared due to missing dir /var/run/wpa_supplicant . Not sure yet if it was related to enabling zsync. I have not figured it out how to fix it yet as I needed that device up hence I was forced to remove the package via the bash script and investigate later. It would be great if you could point me in the right direction.
