Disable book editing after reader reviews or book is sold #17

Authors should be able to change mistakes, but not be able to totally edit an item that a customer reviewed.

Authors have only 5 days to edit books. At some point it should depend on whether it was sold. Authors should be able to disable the sale of books they no longer offer but keep them listed as a book they wrote.
