Simpler rule-based modeling #31

Rule-based modeling is very useful, but a bit complicated. The most of users seems not requiring full of theses features. Is any way to give lighter but simpler way of modeling?

Smoldyn gives something like that, but it's not actually "rule-based". The features are simply rewritten with Python for loop.
