Running ctest on appveyor #393

The test fails, but I already found the reason why. I also pushed some commits that hopefully fixes it.

This pull request activates ctest which was not working before. Thank you for your contribution. (I do not know why AppVeyor evaluated that https://ci.appveyor.com/project/kaizu/ecell4/builds/25687018 was failed.)
