Library not loaded: @rpath/libgsl.23.dylib on OSX Conda Py37 #402

This was because gsl was not installed somehow in the requirements: run: .travis.yml section. I do not know why gsl was not installed. But this problem went away when I added the conda-forge channel to conda. So I move the conda channel from default to conda-forge.
