What does this PR?

In this PR

removed react-native-image-zoom-viewer package as this was very old package and not being maintained for past 3 years
added react-native-image-viewing for viewing images in gallery mode as this package is being maintained actively and have smaller unpack size
fixed/improved image viewing experience
