What does this PR?

very minor ui padding tuning that I wanted to do for a very long time, not sure when I will get chance to on work Ecency app again, so thought I should cover at-least the more apparent ones in this release

gap between feed screen header and tabbar
side drawer safe area padding
main button text and icon paddings
