Suggestion; It would be great to be able to fetch gif directly on Esteem surfer. #230

Having emojis on Esteem surfer was a great move. It'd be great to compliment it by adding the ability to fetch GIFs directly on Esteem surfer. Giphy or Tenor API would fit perfectly.
