Both Post count and voting power are frozen and have not changed for months, whereas posts on web browser are several hundreds higher count.

Just to confirm the behaviour. Does by closing the app and launching it again, refreshes those?

Those values should be refreshed when you go back to Home page from any other page... v1.4.6 is coming soon for iOS with some improvements, but it is already available on Android.
