enable relative URL parsing (it works on all web platforms) #169

This was a mistake post I made, and I have used it, since it is pending payout still, to demonstrate that you can use relative URL's.

eSteem app interprets URLs without a http(s)://domain.name as local files. This is a bug.

Thanks l0k1! Yes current version only filters steemit.com links to local one. Will add all other domains as well with new release ;)
